<<Food was always strongly present in my life. I grew up on a farm in Poland, close to the nature, observing how food travels from soil and animals to the plate. I love eating and cooking. I am fascinated by the food culture in different countries, which I find is one of the best ways of connecting to people.
My own life-long struggle with anxiety and search for a fuller life turned me into mindfulness, yoga and various techniques of self-discovery, including psychotherapy. I am curious about how brain functions and how we have a whole world inside ourselves waiting to be discovered.
Nurish Mind is a way of sharing what I learned with other people who struggle with food, emotions, body image, or simply would like to re-discovered eating again and live more consciously. >>
